Our Director
Katie Malcolm’s love for dance began at just two years old and has grown into a lifelong passion and career. A graduate of George Brown College’s Commercial and Performance Dance Studies Programs, she is a registered teacher with the Canadian Dance Teachers Association and holds a Dance Masters of America Teaching Diploma.
With a background in Business Marketing and Event Planning, Katie combined her artistry and business expertise to create two nationally recognized brands: Elite Dance Challenge, now celebrating its 13th season, and JumpStart Dance Intensive, marking 10 years of inspiring dancers.

With over 25years in the industry, Katie is an award-winning choreographer, respected adjudicator, and dedicated educator who continues to shape and inspire the next generation of dancers. A proud mom of two, she brings warmth, balance, and passion to everything she does—creating experiences where dancers feel empowered, supported, and excited to grow.

Made up of passionate former dancers, this hardworking team knows what it takes to create an unforgettable experience both on and off the stage.
