Message From The Director:

Hello Dance Lovers,

I am Katie De Caire the director of this event and I am so excited to present to you an excellent competition option for 2014. I am a dancer with over 20yrs experience in the industry. For over 10 years during the dance season my more familiar name is “Miss Katie”. I have been teaching dance for more years than I have fingers. I am a certified dance teacher with the Canadian Dance Teachers Association and Dance Masters of America. I am a graduate of both the Performance Dance Studies and Commercial Dance Studies Programs at George Brown College as well as a graduate of the Event Planning and Marketing Program at George Brown. As a dancer, I have performed for a variety of shows, sports teams, benefits and galas, I can also be seen hosting on the Shopping Channel.

Through many years of dance, I have been a student, competitor, educator, cheering section and friend. It is through this variety of experiences and observations that I bring you Elite Dance Challenge, where the competition experience is designed to reward teachers, parents and of course our dancers in their desire to advance their performance, ability and pursuit to be the best they can be.
